Fat Of The Land is the new single from Dusty Residents, Bradshaw and Taaffeman, taken off their debut album ‘Seabury Heights’.
The sound is fitting for the duo and Bradshaw’s writing sounds more confident and self assured since his last outing on the ‘Karen EP’ (click here).

Dusty Residents supported Lethal Dialect last weekend at the LD50 gig @ Workmans, and with the album due out in the next couple of weeks expect to hear a lot more from them soon.

Jun Tzu – Fire In The Booth

Fifteen minutes of utter passion and a whole load of classic Fire In The Booth moments, this is undoubtedly one of the greatest sessions Charlie Sloth has presented.
Big Jun Tzu ‘the Solution’ steps up and blows Radio 1/1Xtra away. The initial political fury to the Charlie’s bakery heaven and the trad-hip hop with Jun’s cousin playing the bagpipes; just watch and be amazed.

The Dublin/Kildare rap duo Epik & Exile together are Veritas and their latest video ‘Thou Shalt Not Fall’ will grab listeners attention with dark imagery and a menacing soundtrack.

Temper-Mental MissElayneous – Step In The Ring (Video)

You may remember last month Craic Music reported Temper-Mental MissElayneous’s Proletarian Restitution EP and a track called ‘Step In The Ring’ inspired by Katie Taylor the Irish Female World Boxing Champion competing in this year’s Olympics.

Here’s the official video to ‘Step In The Ring’ instead of keepin er lit TMN is keepin er wet, it’s an entertaining watch.

The beat was produced by Eberhart and Lindsey Byrne directs the video.

All the proceeds of the track will be donated to the Peter McVerry Trust supporting Dublin’s homeless. Buy it here for €1 (click here)

The Original Rudeboys – Written Songs (Feeling Good)

North Inner City Dublin lads, The Original Rudeboys, are in the process of becoming a very succesful band and their latest video for ‘Written Songs (Feeling Good)” is easy listening and perfect for the music channels.

They are an excellent example of how diverse the hip hop scene in Ireland is and what it can offer people of all ages. Neddy keeps the flows smooth and the Rudeboys have deservedly clocked 26,000 YouTube views in two days.
